Dr. Shen Shanhu

Profile

Shen Shanhu, born in November 1981, graduated from college of information science and electronic engineering of Zhejiang University with bachelor degree in June 2004. She obtained doctor's degree in June 2009, and was rated as excellent graduate of Zhejiang University and excellent graduate of Zhejiang Province.

She was a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin from September 2007 to August 2008 under the support of the study abroad fund of the Ministry of education. Shealso conducted his doctoral research in the Electronic Design Automation Laboratory of Prof. David Z. Pan. In January 2013, she joined Hangzhou Normal University.

Research Interests

The main research fields are VLSI CAD technology, Ultra deep submicron optical proximity correction technology (OPC) and modeling technology, full chip lithography verification technology and inverse lithography layout optimization algorithm.

Teaching Courses

Her main teaching courses are Digital logic, Introduction to the Internet of things.
