个人简历

男，研究员、博导，IEEE会员；2002年毕业于英国诺丁汉大学（The University of Nottingham, UK），获信息技术硕士学位；2005年毕业于英国布鲁耐尔大学（Brunel University, UK），获计算机科学博士学位；2005年到2011年先后在英国肯特大学（University of Kent, UK），布鲁耐尔大学（Brunel University, UK）和伦敦大学皇家霍洛威学院（Royal Holloway, University of London, UK）从事科研和教学工作；2011年回国工作。

研究兴趣

主要从事智能算法及其应用研究，包括智能算法理论和设计及其在数据挖掘、模式识别和信息安全等方面的应用；以第一作者身份，已在国际知名期刊（如IEEE Trans. on Evolutionary Computation、IEEE Trans. on Knowledge and Data Engineering、IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man and Cybernetics、IEEE Trans. on Information Forensics and Security、Pattern Recognition等）发表了一系论文；作为专题主席和特邀讲演人多次参加国际学术会议；作为项目负责人以及核心研究员承担了多项国家自然科学、省部级以及英国工程和自然科学等基金项目。

Sheng Weiguo received the M.Sc. degree in information technology from the University of Nottingham, U.K., in 2002 and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Brunel University, U.K., in 2005. Then, he worked as a Researcher at the University of Kent, U.K. and Royal Holloway, University of London, U.K. He is currently a Professor at Hangzhou Normal University.

Research Interests

His research interests include evolutionary computation, data mining/clustering, pattern recognition and machine learning.
